Mr. Shoummo K Acharya, is a renowned name in the field of transportation management, logistics and telematics. Mr. Acharya possesses deep insight and rich expertise across varied domains such as petroleum products, transportation, freight forwarding, containerization, advertising & public relations, and information technology.
He has over 51 years of experience, with 37 years of experience in logistics sector alone.
Prior to founding eTrans Solutions, Mr. Acharya held senior positions in petroleum industry and was involved in Govt committees to initiate a number of measures for the petroleum industry before moving on to freight forwarding & logistics and was responsible for turning around of the Group involved in this activity. He worked for over five years in United Kingdom setting up Balmer Lawrie’s international division before coming back to India as the Managing Director of Indian Container Leasing Co. Ltd (re-christened Transafe Services Ltd), a Joint Venture of Transamerica Leasing Inc. – USA, ICICI Group & Balmer Lawrie.
A chemical engineer and an alumnus of Templeton College, Oxford, his entrepreneurial spirit, leadership skills and logistics vision inspire many and he is a regular speaker at various industry platforms and universities on the subject of entrepreneurship, logistics, and fleet management among others.
Under his vision and leadership, eTrans has evolved as the customers’ go-to provider for vehicle tracking and transportation solutions

One of the oldest team members of team eTrans, Pankaj has been a driving force behind the successful journey of the Company. With over 22 years of commitment and hard work, he is an integral part of eTrans. As a seasoned professional, Pankaj is committed to driving growth and optimizing operations.
As Senior Vice President at eTrans Solutions, Pankaj is a key driving force in enhancing sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. His excellent customer connect goes a long way in ensuring the Company’s continued success. His key responsibilities as a leader include revenue growth through sales and service, expanding market reach, budgeting and sales forecast, strategic decision making along with team management and mentoring.
Pankaj holds a degree in commerce . His proven track record and expertise in sales and customer service make him a valuable asset to eTrans Solutions. His commitment to excellence and strategic thinking contribute significantly to the company’s ongoing growth and success.
D Kiran Kumar is the Head of Center of Excellence at eTrans Solutions, responsible for the Company’s Technology advancements, Cloud Infrastructure and Design and Development of new products. He is also responsible for t4u business. With over 18.5 years of experience in Software Development, Kiran has a strong track record of driving teams on developing and delivering complex scalable applications and solutions exclusively in Telematics domain. At eTrans, Kiran plays a role in ensuring new technology adaptation, cloud infrastructure management, cost optimization, and guiding decisions to support the Company’s business vision.
Prior to joining eTrans, Kiran worked at [eVaidya Pvt Ltd, Medical Domain, Citylink Portal Pvt Ltd, Logistics & Telematics Domain, Sun telematics, Bartronics India Limited, Sattvah Embedded Solutions Pvt Ltd, SreeGo solutions, , bringing deep insight and expertise in technology with telematics domain.
Kiran holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from (Anna University, Chennai).
A highly accomplished and results-driven technology professional with over 18 years of experience, Abhishek Priyadarshi currently serves as VP and Chief Technology Officer at eTrans Solutions. In his role as VP & CTO, Abhishek is responsible for ensuring that technology serves as a strategic enabler for the business, driving innovation, efficiency, and growth. He also leads technology roadmap development, digital transformation initiatives and overall IT strategy.
Prior to joining eTrans, Abhishek worked at Tata Steel and Nat Steel. He holds an MBA in Information Technology. His expertise spans cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, data analytics, and AI/ML.
Abhishek Priyadarshi is passionate about leveraging technology to drive business growth and innovation and aligned with the shared vision of eTrans.
Gagori Chatterjee is the Chief Financial Officer at eTrans Solutions, where she is responsible for the Company’s financial strategy, planning, and analysis. With over 16 years of experience in finance and accounting, Gagori has a strong track record of driving financial growth and optimizing operations. At eTrans, she plays a crucial role in ensuring financial compliance, budgeting, managing risk, and guiding decisions to support the Company’s business vision.
Prior to joining eTrans, she worked at blue-chip corporates including PWC, Accenture and Genpact, bringing deep insight and expertise in financial management.
She holds a FCA degree (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) and BFP ACA degree (Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales).

As General Manager – Corporate Service, Anindita wears many hats and carries out her role with dedication and aplomb. She looks after employee relations along with administration and inventory management, pan India. Her exceptional skills in employee relations, counselling and her innate empathy earn her the admiration of both long-serving team members and newcomers alike.
Over the years she has acquired an in-depth perspective of eTrans’ business, through continuous hands-on experience and unwavering commitment. Her strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster collaboration among teams have created a cohesive and productive work environment.
Anindita is an Arts Graduate with a B Ed Degree and transitioned to eTrans from a successful academic career.
Sanjit leads our Customer Service and Product Development teams with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving innovation. His deep understanding of client needs, combined with his passion for cutting-edge solutions, ensures that our product and solutions portfolio consistently exceeds expectations thereby fostering enduring customer relationships. Sanjit also plays a key part in strategic planning, introducing new products by aligning market needs with business goals. He plays an important role in setting performance metrics (KPIs) and leverages data analytics to guide decision-making and optimize operational processes.
Prior to joining eTrans, Sanjit gained significant experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Logistics, having worked with companies like HCCBPL, GPT Steel Ltd., and InLogistics. His expertise spans SCM, process design, customer service, and product development.
He holds a Commerce degree, a Management (MDP) degree and certifications in SCM Strategy & Planning from IIMK, Logistics & Transportation (CII), SAP (MM) from Futruresoft, and an Advanced Diploma in Software Applications from CMC. At eTrans, Sanjit remains committed to enhancing customer experience and driving innovation in product management.
A Corporate and Marketing Communication Specialist, Tumpa has over 30 years of experience in the domain of Branding, Communications and CSR. Across her career curve, she has effectively carried out diverse roles across brand identity management, external and internal communications, customer experience (CX), media, event, PR, CSR with result driven performance.
At eTrans she is responsible for supporting the entire gamut of communications and brand / image building exercise that include internal and external communication activities.
Prior to eTrans, Tumpa was full time engaged with organizations such as TIL Limited, ABP Limited, Times Internet, Bata India. During her tenure at TIL Limited, she was a Caterpillar Certified Brand Advocate /Instructor.
Tumpa studied Comparative Literature at Jadavpur University-Kolkata.
Mr. Subhash Banka is a Fellow Chartered Accountant(FCA) with over than 25 years of extensive experience and expertise is Corporate Taxation and Consultancy. He also specializes in various aspects of Auditing where his meticulous attention to detail sets him apart. Academically Mr. Banka was always a class topper and also secured distinction with the position of college topper in graduation. Over the years Mr. Banka earned the reputation for his deep understanding of complex legal and compliance matters, making him a trusted advisor in the domain.
Besides being the advisor to eTrans Solutions Pvt. Ltd, he runs his own proprietorship chartered accountants firm.
