- Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination
- Collaborate with CSD and IT teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Coordinate project testing and deployment.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
Customer Support- Serve as the first point of escalation for complex customer support issues that require IT involvement.
- Liaise with IT to investigate and resolve technical problems impacting customers.
- Communicate technical solutions and workarounds to CSD representatives in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain a knowledge base of common IT-related customer support issues and solutions.
- Identify recurring problems and work with IT to implement preventive measures.
Communication and Collaboration- Foster strong working relationships with CSD and IT teams.
- Facilitate effective communication between the two departments.
- Organize and lead cross-functional meetings.
- Document and share project and support information.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and customer-centricity.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in project coordination or customer support, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with customer service and IT best practices.
- Proficiency in project management and support tools.
Experience:- Minimum 2-4 years of experience
